ANTOINETTE'S is NOW OPEN for LUNCH ALL WEEK!

 

Open for take-out and dine in, 7 days a week. Our restaurant serves lunch and dinner, operating from 11 AM to 1:30 PM and again from 3 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Additionally, on Sundays, we are open from 8:30 AM to 3 PM for our Global Brunch. Our bar is also open and we have our signature cocktails available all day.
 

Please Feel free to call in your order or reserve a table at 867-668-3505. Seating is limited so please make reservations as soon as possible.

We are also open for catering, functions and private parties from 10 people to 100. Just email us your budget and preferences and we will get back to you.

We offer extensive vegetarian, vegan, and gluten friendly options. We also offer Halal and Kosher dishes. And since we prepare all of our dishes in-house, we can modify most of our dishes to meet your specific dietary needs.

For our adventurous patrons, we offer exotic meats like Wild Boar, Bison, Elk, Kangaroo, Ostrich, Rabbit, Frog, Ox Tail, Chicken Hearts and Pig Ears carefully transformed by our talented kitchen into mouthwatering dishes. 

The owner, internationally renowned Chef James C., has ensured that Antoinette’s Restaurant has enhanced the great flavors, global cuisine and exciting dishes it has been known for during the last 15 years. We can now confidently say that we have the most ethnically diverse menu in the Yukon and that we are now the top restaurant in town!

MEET THE CHEF: James Concepcion of Antoinette's Restaurant in Whitehorse, Yukon

Antoinette’s is an eclectic, artful local favorite restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere serving global cuisines with a Caribbean twist. Traditional, authentic ingredients are used, enabling our kitchen to hold true to varied and interesting cultural recipes.
 
We devote an enormous amount of time and devotion to the near-arcane art of spicing techniques and selection culled from the many cuisines we have chosen. A simple pinch of freshly crushed nutmeg married to some lime rind can make all the difference. It’s amazing how much space in the kitchen is taken up by all manner of spices from all over the world. 

Caribbean cuisine has always been a source of fascination for us.  It is as diverse as its ecosystem and as rainbow hued as the many influences that color its culture. Carib, Spanish, Portuguese, British, French, Dutch, African, Chinese, Indian, American, Arab, German and Japanese are touches and techniques which at once enrich and distinguish the region’s intense cookery. 

Keeping with our fun-loving Caribbean ethos. We also serve a selection of signature cocktails that help one “Lime” or “chill” to our world music beat. Small wonder food critics and gourmets mark us as “one of the most fascinating restaurants in the country.”
