Red cargo rice, fruit compote, granola, choice of warm soy milk or yogurt
Thick slices of house-made bread seasoned with cinnamon and maple syrup eggs, cooked golden brown served with warm fruit compote and maple syrup
Bacon or house-made sausage served with egg casserole and our mini potato rosti
Artichoke, mushroom and spinach frittata served with baby green salad
Green eggs and ham:
Ham and Spinach eggs casserole served with our mini potato rosti
Poached egg on spiced Caribbean pork or green curry chicken nested on our house rosti topped with hollandaise and served with baby green salad
